Since 2002, European Mobility Week has sought to improve public health and quality of life through promoting clean mobility and sustainable urban transport. The Week, an indispensable appointment for those who want to pursue the path of sustainability, has celebrated this year its 19. edition. Each year, during the third week of September, thousands of european cities and milions of citizens celebrate sustainable mobility and send a message of change and renewal.
The topic of this edition of the Week was “Zero emissions, mobility for everybody”, which reflected the ambitious goal of Europe that aims to become “carbon neutral” by 2050. The cities that promote green mobility systems are more attractive, with less traffic and a higher quality of life.
